At 35 weeks she gives all of her patients her work cell phone number. I would talk to your doctor about this. I've been seeing one ob for my entire pregnancy and she is going to deliver my baby as well, as long as she's not on vacation or out of the area. Usually there are certain specifics that a doctor has to do to deliver at different hospitals other than his/her local one. Then she will return to her appointments when she's done.
